The Impact of Global Warming Effects
Global warming effects cause the temperature on the Earth's surface to increase over time, causing destruction to our natural environment. This one factor alone has contributed to rising sea levels, evaporating bodies of water, the melting of arctic glaciers, elimination of plant and animal species and the spreading of disease. Global warming is a man-made problem, created primarily from human activities that have damaged our ozone layer. Our dependence on the burning of fossil fuels has caused a buildup of greenhouse gases and toxic chemicals in our atmosphere.
